Malaysia My Second Home Programme , an initiative of the Malaysian Government, is to allow people from all over the world, who fullfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia as long as possible on a social visit pass with multiple entry visa. This Social Visit Pass is initially for a period of 10 years and renewable.

This programme is open to all citizens of countries recognized by the Malaysian Government regardless of race, religion, gender or age.

Benefits

• Participants will be issued a Multiple Entry Visa and Social Visit Pass valid for 10 years and renewable upon the expiring date.
• Longer visa holders may apply for permanent residence (PR) for consideration by the government on case by case but with no assurance given.
• Participants will be allowed to purchase 2 units of residential properties value more than RM 150, 000 each depend on the location of property and eligible for 80% bank loan from local banks. Borrower will have to show prove of their abilities to repay the loan within the specified period or before the age of 60 or 65 years old.
• Participants will be allowed to bring into Malaysia 1 car from their home country or purchase a locally assembled car (tax free) .
